Say it isn’t so! Channing Tatum and Jessie J have called it quits after an intense love-filled year, according to US Weekly.
“Channing Tatum and Jessie J broke up about a month ago,” one of many sources revealed. “They are still really close and still good friends.”
The stars started a relationship in October but keep it quiet and out of the public eye as best they could. There were reports that their romance was a “casual” thing but fans started picking up on signs that the flame of love was burning hot.
Making It Instagram Official
In November of 2018, the cat was let out of the bag when the “Magic Mike” star shared an awesome picture of Jessie onstage during one of her concerts. “This woman just poured her heart out on stage at the Royal Albert Hall. Whoever was there got to witness something special. Wow,” Tatum wrote in the caption of his post that confirmed to the world they were officially an item.
The duo buckled up for a wild relationship ride that led to Channing’s unforgettable thirst trap which was posted because he “lost a bet” to the singer.
Jessie and Channing’s adventures took them to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and they were spotted holding hands across the pond. Perhaps the biggest gesture of love came when Jessie debuted a love song an an “intimate” concert for her biggest fans.
They shared their love publicly as recently as late October when they attended a carnival and posted some cool shots.
Single And It’s Official Official
It sounds strange but since his split with Jessie, Channing is single again after recently becoming officially single last month. Let us explain, despite moving on and dating other people, Tatum and Jenna Dewan were still technically married. The former couple filed documents to bifurcate the status of their divorce, which essentially declares them legally single and free to possibly remarry while their divorce is still ongoing. The two are still hashing out things like custody and financial arrangments.
The move made sense because Dewan was, and still is, expecting with her new boyfriend Steve Kazee.
Meanwhile, Tatum has been teasing a trip to Australia in 2020 to promote the “Magic Mike” tour. Now that he’s single he may decide to dust off the old chaps again (wishful thinking).
