Tory Lanez has just been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Megan Thee Stallion. after appearing for his first court hearing facing charges of allegedly shooting the ‘WAP’ rapper.

According to multiple reports, Tory appeared in a Los Angeles criminal courtroom by telephone, where he was supposed to be arraigned on multiple felony charges connected to the shooting. The rapper’s attorney, Shawn Holley, requested a continuance on the case, and it was granted, so he did not officially enter a plea.

In the hearing, the judge set Tory’s bail at $190,000 which was paid by a bail bondsman who was standing by inside the courtroom.

The first appearance by Lanez comes on the heels of MTS writing an op-ed for The New York Times, where she addressed the incident, saying, “I was recently the victim of an act of violence by a man. After a party, I was shot twice as I walked away from him. We were not in a relationship. Truthfully, I was shocked that I ended up in that place.”

As we reported, MTS claims Tory shot her in the feet after she attempted to leave an SUV they were driving in together in the Hollywood Hills.

Judge Orders Tory Lanez To Surrender All Weapons

She continued, “My initial silence about what happened was out of fear for myself and my friends. Even as a victim, I have been met with skepticism and judgment. The way people have publicly questioned and debated whether I played a role in my own violent assault proves that my fears about discussing what happened were, unfortunately, warranted.”

The L.A. District Attorney’s Office filed multiple criminal charges against Tory Lanez following the incident, including assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm, and others.

In the hearing, the judge asked that the rapper surrender all weapons as a part of his bail requirements.

If you have supported me or meg thru this, I genuinely appreciate u,’ he tweeted.

The case is ongoing, and LAPD continues to investigate the situation.
